HDP Social Secretariat is a private organization installed by employers and authorized by the Ministry of Social Affairs to administer payroll and to help employers with their various administrative obligations in the labour field. It also gives consultancy in legal affairs as they relate to labour matters.

For their registered customers HDP has developed a web-portal with numerous on-line services. All of these services work via a web browser and do not require any preliminary software installation on the client-side.

As part of their corporate portal, HDP teamed together with PeopleWare to develop a new web application - "HDP Okay". 

Using this on-line application the customers of HDP are able to:

• manage all information about their employees
• register working times
• manage dimona's (in- and out- service events)
• register costs and payed advances
• prepare and create different types of documents and reports
• send notifications to file administrators

Making this functionality available to HDP customers brings benefit to both customers and file administrators. It saves time, reduces costs, and decreases the probability of errors.
HDP Okay also offers several powerful options such as the ability to adapt the configuration to the needs of the user, exceptional user-friendliness, robustness of data, and readiness for use. Being part of the corporate portal, the application has links to other on-line services of HDP.

PeopleWare and HDP carried out the implementation together which resulted in mutual added value for both organisations.
